Hotel is very nice & clean, lots to do. Food is good. Entertainment is ok. Rooms are cleaned every day and water is restocked. Some of the drinks are not included. Would recommend

Poor hotel. But starting positive, the staff are so friendly, always willing to help and will try and help you if you ask. Always smiling and this bad review doesnt reflect on the staffing at all. Its also a very clean hotel. But thats it for positives. The food is the worst we've had in all inclusive. Just terrible. Lo g waiting for lunchtime in the beachside restaurant. Things like mash potato and burgers being options at breakfast. No English breakfast options. Omelette is the best choice but even then not great. As for drinks, again the worst choices we've ever had. No cocktails, just shorts and beer. 1 pool bar for all the pools that serves alcohol. Some lovely juice based cocktails but no alcohol and an extra cost for those. Entertainment isnt great, repetitive and even charge extra for attending their 'special nights'. Never been charged additional for in-house entertainment at all before. Would not return even if it was for free.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many five-star resorts, and this was, by far, the worst experience I've had. Hotel rooms: Our room was infested with ants, which was completely unacceptable for a resort claiming to be five-star. Despite the family room being extremely spacious, it was sparsely furnished and felt bare rather than luxurious. Service: The running joke among both guests and even some staff was that the gardens were looked after better than the paying guests. Unfortunately, that summed up the experience perfectly. There seemed to be a culture of poor customer service, particularly among some male staff members, whose attitude often came across as rude and dismissive. I even raised this concern with the hotel during our stay. One example that stood out was at the bar. After ordering a coffee, the bartender would prepare it, leave it beside the coffee machine, and expect guests to walk over and collect it themselves, despite returning to the main bar area where guests were waiting. This level of service is simply not what you expect from a five-star resort. Tipping: At dinner, it was often difficult to get any attention from the waiting staff. On one evening, I decided to tip the waiter as soon as I sat down, hoping it might improve the service. The difference was remarkable. The waiter hovered around my table for the entire meal, sent a fruit basket and a large bottle of Coke to my room the following day, and even reserved a table in his section for me every evening after that. Each day I tipped, and each day another fruit basket and bottle of Coke appeared in my room. While I appreciated the improved service, it highlighted a much bigger issue. Guests who tipped upfront received noticeably better treatment than those who did not, despite everyone paying the same premium price to stay at the resort. Exceptional service should be the standard for all guests at a five-star hotel, not something that depends on tipping. I would highly recommend avoiding this resort!
