− Booking will, dass ich hier etwas reinschreibe, obwohl mir nichts Gescheites dazu einfällt. Also, man hätte die Kurbel der Jalousie auf der rechten Seite anbringen können, weil sie auf der linken Seite schwieriger zu bedienen ist.

A good experience, ruined by the attitude of one person
4.0Location was very good. Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful.
− The older gentleman who handled my move in should simply not be dealing with guests. His communication, body language, tone - all completely inappropriate for a hotel or any service business. This gentleman in particular was incredibly offensive, for no reason at all, and ruined the experience. At the end of the day, it just takes one person who does not know how to do deal with people to ruin the efforts of all his colleagues. If not for this man, would have been an 8/10.
