ok but nothing special especially when I had to hand back a dirty bathroom towel to Housekeeping.
4.0− When I tried to use the iron in the room the plate fell off just as I was about to plug it in so very dangerous. Had I plugged it in before noticing the problem I would probably have electrocuted myself or fused the hotel electrics. I asked Housekeeping to replace it which they did, and that replacement had holes in the plastic water tank so water flowed out! I asked for yet another one which I received. But one thing of concern was that none of those irons, nor the kettle or hairdryer had the electrical 'safe' sticker on them showing that they had been passed by an electrician as safe which I believe is required to be carried out at least once a year.
