8.0Locatie vlakbij het centro historico was top! Ook de parkeerplaats bij het hotel was mooi meegenomen.
− Om 6u ‘s ochtends lawaai op de gang, kamers weinig geluidsdicht. Douchekop niet geheel proper.

10.0Le personnel très agréable et soucieux de rendre service, Très bel emplacement sur la lagune de Bacalar, Très bon petit déjeuner, Chambre très confortable, Des boissons nous sont offertes le premier jour, Nous avons demandé des petits déjeuners à emporter le jour de notre départ car nous partions tôt pour Calakmul, ils nous ont préparé de bons petits goûters ! Prêt gratuit de canoë, Le restaurant est très correct également ! Ils nous ont offert la laundry ! Je recommande cet hôtel.

− No me gustó nada! Me tuve que cambiar de habitación, por que el clima no funcionaba, la habitación era muy pequeña y oscura, nada de luz,cuándo me hicieron el cambio, pedí una más con luz ,obvio subía el precio, pero no me gustó que para lo que se cobro, la habitación no era lo que esperaba.
