9.0My room is on the back...so the only potential problem was solved. Will be back
It would have been fine if I didn't need a shower. Parking sucks, but staff was friendly.
2.0The staff was very friendly, kind, and attentive
− The shower was AWFUL. Good luck washing anything below your head. Water pressure sucked, water went from freezing to boiling. Curtain was just a cloth that didn't even cover the entire shower entrance. It was a nightmare
The hotel staff were belpful and friendly, but the room needed repairs and replacements.

− The door to the room, the AC, the drapes and the bathroom wall all needed repairs or replacement. The door was dirty and banged up, the drapes had strings hanging from them, the AC worked, but was rusty and the bathroom wall had some damage which was painted over in a different color.

− Parking below the Inn is very difficult for even a modest sized SUV due to support columns or walls that surround all the parking spots. It took 2 of us to park our Toyota RAV4 and not without anxiety in the process. Staff availability is limited. When we arrived at 4pm, a sign on the lobby entrance announced that staff were helping others and not available for 30 minutes though someone showed up sooner than that. When we checked out at 7am, the same sign was still there but no one showed for longer than we were willing to wait so we left the keys in the drop box. Only one half-role of toilet paper provided in the room. Wi-Fi so slow as to be useless.
