VERY upset and sad
1.0There was NOTHING I liked.
− From the moment I went to the hotel lobby, it smelled as if someone had NEVER cleaned. The clerk was rude and called someone else to take care of me. The 2nd clerk came and asked me the usual questions and when I stated that I wanted to check in but, not get into the room, he told me that there was a $100.00 extra cost for my early check in. I told him I didn't want to go to my room, just set up the paperwork. He told me there was still a fee for that. I told him he was crazy and I was not paying it. I left the hotel and NEVER returned to the hotel. I then had to find a different hotel. I am VERY SAD that a hotel on a well-known website would allow this to happen.
It exceeded my expectations.

8.0Breakfast was Waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice donuts and coffee. Pool is big and nice but it was crowded. Public can pay to just swim there. Beds were very comfortable. View of the mountains and next door to a great Mexican restaurant.
− We needed eggs toast or biscuit gravy or meat for breakfast choice for my husband because he didnt like any other choices. I wish pool was less crowded. Looks like some families live there.
