2.0No internet no phone no cable nothing was working couldnt even do check in had to go to a different hotel. Now having a problem getting a refund thats $150 out of my pocket.
On the whole, we enjoyed our stay

− After requesting a room on the first floor, we were put upstairs because the front desk staff person had her very young daughter unsupervised in the last room on the first floor because she claimed some person had threatened the life of her and her daughter.
