8.0Good room was given with sea view. Breakfast buffet was great. But when we checked in at around 3 pm on 4th July, we were told our room was not ready and had to wait for about half an hour. Actually what happened was our room was ready and want to given it to someone else. We learn that as we heard the conversation among front office personnel. So we had to demand for rooms to be ready immediatley. As a result we were given an upgraded room. Later someone called and apologized us and offered free breakfast. This is the reason I am giving 4 stars

2.0Maybe I caught a bad day, but apart from its location, everything screamed of low budget. The staff were friendly and accommodating (and I did feel sorry for them writing this review), but there were no towels in the room and took a couple of hours to replenish, the sink was leaking, when my Uber arrived the staff their told it to move further down onto the road so to make way to some celebrity minister who rocked up (which was funny and insulting), and frankly the whole vibe of the hotel felt it had a strange clientele. I immediately booked Galle Face Hotel for 3 days, swallowed the one night cost - and got a refund for the 2 days after in Radisson. Stay away at all costs
