8.0The room was a bit run down and the beds kept slipping off the frame. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Ok location - everything was within a 15 minute walk

2.0I actually did not stay in the hotel and will be seeking a refund from Expedia. It was not advertised as “shared bathroom” place. I felt like a homeless person in a shelter. Absolutely horrid experience.
Close to centre
8.0The stay was ok … 10 minutes walk from centre. Rooms were basic but clean and ok. Most staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the lady on reception Saturday and Sunday, everything seemed too much trouble for her.

8.0A good hotel with all you need for a short stay. Particularly useful for our trip to see the Tour de France as it went past the front door. However it is a little out of the way if you want to be in the very centre although right next door to the Zenith centre.
