Good place, very little parking space.
8.0Great place to stay, but parking is only available if you’re lucky. Can’t go out and arrive late cause you’ll have to find a spot out on the street. Families bring more than one car and limit those who only have one.
Great Customer Service
10.0This is a good cozy hotel, nothing to fancy just right at a great price. I am an avid cyclist and stayed there for cycling events when in that area (they let you take your bike in the room). This year I reserved a room and on the day of my reservation had an accident that prevented me from staying. Even though it was against their booking policy, they told me that if they were able to rent the room they would give me a refund to help me with the expenses. Couple of days later I got a call asking how I was doing and told me that they would give me the refund, they did not have to do that but they did and are very grateful. Thank you!
A good stay
10.0Every time I go to Mayagüez I end up staying in Posada Colonial. People there are very friendly and they make you feel welcome. After work I know I’m gonna have a pleasant rest there. That’s why I keep on returning when need to stay in Mayagüez.
