8.0The overall service was excellent however there was long strains of hair everywhere then I found a roach in my bathroom ! Then someone'child was running across the floor banging and jumping from 6:45 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. had to call the desk 3 times

8.0The rooms are a little dated at least mine was. I didn't reacall booking a handicapped room, but I will make sure not to do that again. Everything was awkward, no tub, no closet. Perfect for someone who needs those amenities awkward for someone who doesn't.
