− Bồn cầu không có vòi rửa, lắp thiết bị tự xịt nhưng không hiệu quả, phòng vệ sinh có mùi, không có quạt hút đủ. Ổ cắm điện không đủ dùng. wifi hay mất. Đường đi nội bộ khá trơn trượt.

10.0отличный отель! 1) локация: рядом находится супер серф школа rids, пешком по пляжу 200 метров. очень удобно добираться до спота в любое время. на повороте находятся кафе и игра в пиклбол, при желании можно дойти пешком за 15 мин 2) если захоте взять байк, то можно взять его в отеле. качество получше локал проката и удобно сдавать при чекауте — не надо ехать на точку и потом идти пешком/ брать такси 3) персонал отеля — топ. менеджер говорит по-русски. остальные управляющие хорошо говорят на английском. в сложном случае предложат воспользоваться вам гугл переводчиком 4) на территории 3 бассейна и ресторан с утра до вечера 5) персонал отеля может подстроится под персональные пищевые привычки и изменить немного меню для вас на завтрак. обычный завтрак тоже хороший, много фруктов 6) в отеле можно задать трансфер до/из аэропорта дешевле Grab. Также в отеле есть набор экскурсий 7) до красных дюн пешком 7 мин 8) территория достаточно большая, есть где поваляться

− They charged us for dirty towels that can be cleaned in the washing machine. And they charge for ice. Anyways towels ger dirty so would thy not wash them anyway and I'm wondering if they charged others for their dirty couch. The towels were also way too overpriced for that town when we had to pay for it.
