− Arrived needed key code not given rang number on door different hotel name answered £50 cash deposit required at check in not aware of this awful place and surrounding

1.0This hotel should be avoided at all costs we was treats terribly the management was soo rude to us are room was poor broken furniture tv didn't work and huge leak from the manky tiles ruined are belongings and both managers did not offer us anything threw us out at 9.30 at night and now are refusing my full refund absolutely disgusting bed sheets were gross
− Everything staff useless management extremely rude leaking ceiling no care mo consideration if refund isn't done will be taking it further have evidence
