2.0The Windsor is a disgustingly filthy hotel. Reasons: not able to bathe because of brown running water, flies, stains on the curtains, scratches on the fridge, a dresser drawer that almost fell on my foot, cracked sink. Lacking amenities: no coffee maker, iron, blow dryer phone. Ice is not available in this hotel. Worst place I have ever stayed in. DON'T GO TO THE WINDSOR HOTEL!

2.0Don't just don't the old man that runs the place is rude so are the children they will charge you top dollar for this room then refuse to refund days charge extra days and just be over all disrespectful. They even made me call a cab before they refunded a small amount of my money Grossly overcharged. I stayed 2 days and knew at that point this place is an insult . Garbage dumpster full and over flowing , room wasn't cleaned, no heat first night fridge was so loud it kept me up beds are hard and they want 100 a night and! absolutely no clue how to run a front desk.
