6.0The staff was very helpful when we checked in. However, I left my phone charger in the room when we checked out. I called within a few hours and asked the lady at the front desk. She said she would check with housekeeping and call me back. Of course, I never heard back from her. It wasn’t a big deal, but a return call would have been nice. Air conditioner was not great.
