Three of the rooms are located on the upper level and the fourth room is on the lower level and is wheelchair accessible. They each feature a crystal chandelier, wallpaper borders, vaulted ceilings and a private bath. The old-growth redwood trim in every room has been restored to its natural splendor. Two of the guestrooms have fireplaces and 2 have claw-foot tubs. All but the ADA compliant room have old-time water closets with a chain. Harbor Master features a Cozy queen-size bed furnished with a high-back American oak bed frame and a private bathroom with a stall shower. The room is decorated with a crystal chandelier, oak floors, restored old-growth redwood trim, and calming sea-green tones.

The unit consists of a Master King Room, A Room with a Bunk bed with Full & Twin Size, A Room with a Day bed with Trundle. The Master King has a walk-In shower and the other bathroom has a soaking tub.
