9.0A vista do quarto é incrível. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos. O restaurante foi o melhor que estivemos em Pucón. Os ambientes do hotel são bem aconchegantes e a limpeza dos quartos é ótima.
− O que não decepcionou foi o banheiro, muito pequeno e com uma banheira pequena e junto ao chuveiro. Não havia nenhum espelho grande no quarto. A piscina, apesar de aquecida, fica na aérea externa, bem distante do salão principal, e como faz muito frio, torna-se não convidativa.
