− il manque une climatisation ou un petit ventilateur pour les jours de grande chaleur comme nous avons eu, la tv est légèrement petite pour la distance avec le lit. mais ce ne sont que des détails.

8.0I stayed at Experimental Chalet Verbier for seven nights during the Verbier St-Bernard by UTMB week, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay. What stood out most was the atmosphere. The hotel has a warm, welcoming feel that makes you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than in a hotel. The location was also perfect, just opposite the race village, which made everything very convenient. The reception team was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the gentleman leading the front desk. His approach to hospitality was exceptional. He patiently showed me several rooms until I found the one I felt most comfortable with, never making me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. That level of service reflects real experience and genuine care for guests. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi, which were perfect after long days on the trails.
− Because I genuinely liked the hotel, I’d also like to share a few suggestions for improvement. While everyone was willing to help, the level of customer service wasn’t always consistent. Some team members naturally delivered the hotel’s welcoming spirit, while others would benefit from a little more experience to provide the same level of hospitality. Breakfast is another area with room for improvement. The selection and presentation could be elevated, and a more engaging, welcoming presence from the breakfast team would make the experience even better. Housekeeping could also pay a little more attention to detail. For example, the outdoor chairs on my balcony remained dusty throughout my stay.
