9.0El hotel es muy bueno, el unico punto a mejorar es que no tienen transporte para ir al aeropuerto, o lugares de interés en la ciudad.
− Que no cuentan con transporte
PÉSIMA, LÁSTIMA PORQUE LAS INSTALACIONES SE "VEN BIEN", PERO LA ATENCIÓN TERRIBLE
3.0desayunamos en Specia y excelente servicio, atención y precios
− El cuarto que nos dieron primero 310 olía mucho a caño, después nos dieron el 211 ante la queja y en este cuarto no sirvió el teléfono, nunca me pudieron conectar la TV, no nos apoyaron para el servicio de maletas, la luz del pasillo del primer cuarto estaba a oscuras, la persona que subió para ver lo de la TV dijo "ahorita regreso" y nunca volvió. Aclaro mi esposo y yo somos personas de tercera edad. La cafetera sólo la dieron si la pedía; 2 tazas, 1 sobre con café que tuve que escoger y una botellita pequeñísima de agua. Gracias NO TOMAMOS CAFÉ
