An Unforgettable Family Experience – Highly Recommended!
10.0الغرفة : جناح سوبيريور جونيور The hotel initial impression was fantastic with a very clean, spacious, and beautiful lobby, featuring plenty of comfortable seating where you can relax while waiting for your room or anytime during the day, with drinks served right to you. The staff members were extremely welcoming, polite, and always eager to help with a big smile. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean at all times. The beach is definitely one of the best and cleanest I have ever seen! It has a wide sandy area, with a shallow section on the left side that is perfect and safe for kids, and a deeper water section on the right for adults. The snacks were great, and the food in the main restaurants was simply outstanding—a true 10 out of 10 experience! A special thanks to the amazing team who made our stay unforgettable: -Mr. Reda Abdel Mageed, a true gentleman of great ethics, who handled a small issue we had and solved it perfectly. -Mr. Hossam El-Sayed at the restaurant, who did an incredible job and went above and beyond. -Mr. Reda Abdel Badeea, who was with us step-by-step throughout the hotel and helped us with everything we needed. -Mr. Hussein at the pool bar, for his great service and friendliness. − The only minor drawback is that there is only one swimming pool. However, it is quite large and features a swim-up bar where you can enjoy drinks inside the pool, which made up for it and wasn't really a problem for us. Also, the furniture in some rooms feels a bit old and could use a modern update, though this is completely understandable given how busy and fully booked the hotel is. Despite these minor points, the overall experience was fantastic, and I will definitely visit this hotel again!

10.0Tutto molto bello, il ristorante credo sia stato rifatto da poco, piscina grande e spiaggia con punto mare stupendo! Noi abbiamo prenotato una junior suite superior e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti quando siamo entrati.. davvero super.. Cibo molto buono considerando che siamo in Egitto.. io ci tornerei e lo consiglio vivamente
