− no english or german sleaking staff, worst hotel breakfast we ever had,, room was not properly cleaned
Een teleurstellend verblijf in een hotel dat dringend aan renovatie en beter onderhoud toe is.
4.0De locatie was prima en niets op aan te merken met voldoende parkeer mogelijkheden, maar verder hebben we weinig positieve punten ervaren. Het personeel deed zijn best, maar dat kon de algehele ervaring helaas niet verbeteren.
− Het hotel is sterk verouderd en slecht onderhouden. Tijdens ons verblijf troffen we meerdere kleine insecten aan in het bed. Dat gaf ons geen hygiënisch gevoel en heeft onze nachtrust en het vertrouwen in de schoonmaak sterk verminderd. Wij zouden dit hotel niet opnieuw boeken. De airco werkte niet en stonk, afvoer werkte niet in de wasbak liep vol.

7.0Ideaalne asukoht kiireks peatuseks. Tasuta parkimine kohe maja kõrval. Töötajad on sõbralikud ja abivalmid. Seal peamajas on ka restoran, kus saab kõhu täis süüa. Hea mugav.

10.0Дуже гарний готель у Граці! Ідеальна чистота, затишні номери та надзвичайно привітний персонал. Заселення було швидким і без жодних труднощів. Окремо хочеться відзначити ресторан при готелі. Ми приїхали близько 22:00, коли кухня вже майже завершувала роботу, але нас дуже тепло зустріли, люб’язно прийняли замовлення та смачно нагодували. Приємним сюрпризом стали компліменти від шеф-кухаря та безкоштовні свіжі фрукти. Відчувається справжня турбота про гостей. Обов’язково зупинимося тут ще раз!

10.0Skvělá lokalita blízko dálnice, velmi ochotný a milý personál, čistota pokoje a klidné okolí. Možnost využít snídaně ale i večeři. Parkování zdarma. Doporučujeme!
