Clean, quiet and refurbished
9.0Nice owners, they totally redid the rooms so if you are looking at old reviews and pics that is not the updated version. Rooms are very clean, hardwood or hardwood vinyl so no stinky musty carpet, new paint and fixtures, good hot water, wifi is great ( they give you codes for several devices at once), room and bathroom clean, newer sheets,mattresses and linens. Location is near plenty of fast food, restaurants,medical care and downtown which is very walkable. Location is quiet with no trains or businesses nearby that are noisy. Stayed at more well known and expensive hotels in the area that were not as clean and quiet as Coach House Inn.
It was inexpensive and the cost was very affordable.

Beautiful Edenton on 4th of July
8.0Excellent value, good location. Just under a mile from historical Edenton. I was able to walk and enjoy all the beautiful historic houses along the way.
− It's a motel, no frills but clean and safe. Would have liked coffee in the room
