10.0It was a great location. We used the property as a base for our travels around Madagascar - staying there 3 times in 3 weeks. Staff were accommodating and flexible. Hotel is comfortable and nicely outfitted. I wish they would have options to purchase refreshments (water, soft drinks, etc). We were unable to find a shop nearby to purchase these things.

10.0The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked my room. Tall ceilings and spacious. It had a separate sun room for morning coffee. The entire property has great character. The only negatives, which were far surpassed by the positives were that the fridge in my room did not work and during the night the power went out a few times. It didn’t really matter since it was at night, but odd.
