Great Place. Needs New Pillows for the Beds
8.0Great Location next to the Airport and a easy drive to downtown Fairbanks
− The pillows on the bed are very uncomfortable. They’re like four little throw pillows. You would use on a couch. That’s the only complaint I have about the hotel. They need new pillows. Everything else was fantastic.

− Our initially booked room with queen bed and sofa bed was not clean with crumbs and used sheet hidden inside foldable sofa-bed. But after complain, the friendly staff immediately provided us another and better room. The hotel itself is large and very crowdy. I did not expect such intense inside traffic in the Alaska's hotel.

10.0The lobby was very cozy and relaxing ,loved all the decor .. It was kinda like Yellowstone meets Alaska w stuffed large animals ,the plush sofas and big overstuffed leather chairs , the surrounding gathering areas were amazing and had a few fireplaces that were all lit up so I really loved the vibe . Also it had a gift shop and a snack area w bottled waters, snacks etc…we went into the the small cabin theatre and watched the northern lites show and saw the room w a pool table and small library , the beds were very comfortable and the restaurant beside it that’s part of this facility had wonderful food with an extended deck overlooking the Chena River w modern outdoor fire pits and let’s not forget the reindeer beside the restaurant . The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and the downtown round trip fare was only $10 round trip . Fairbanks has a quaint downtown w cool shops , historic sites and yummy restaurants . I hope to come back and stay at Pikes Landing . Great way to spend a few days after our cruise and land package to see some of Alaska 😊😊
