8.0Great location. Stylish hotel.
− Breakfast was confusing. We had early start two days. No breakfast offered the first day (not even prepped items. Told breakfast was latter - no exceptions. Second day I asked again bc we were starving that first morning and was advised prepped items could be provided. Not sure why the first staff told us otherwise. Third day we had regular breakfast. It was quite good but I think they should have flexibility for earlier hours (8 am is pretty late to start breakfast service).

10.0The hotel is so stylish, clean and spacious. The location is just near the Piazza Nevona, close to all the main attraction but in a quiter area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the room was really nice. It felt very pampering to get coffee and fresh croissants. JP and Emmanuel were super friendly and nice. We definitely recommend staying at the hotel. We can't wait to come back.
− We stayed on the first floor so at morning time it was a bit noisy.
