This all inclusive hotel is dream close to the beach, Ushuaia. Had cocktail after cocktail. Food was amazing buffet and a la cart. They also have entertainment shows too. We exercised and danced in pool. It was a blast

Overall a lovely hotel, wouldnt class this as a five star resort at all too many things lacking

I thought the hotel looked beautiful and the room was lovely, huge bed it was like a queen size although one thing i would say for 3 people in the room there was very little storage, only 3 small drawers, no plug sockets at mirrors, just the basics. sun loungers were taken from early in the morning so if you wanted a specific area you would have to go out about 7.15am, busy pool area especially when the DJ was on but we loved the loungers that were in the swimming pool they were so comfortable and often had a wee snooze on them. The entertainment team were fantastic , great dancers, the shows that they put on at night were fabulous, my favourite was definitely MJ, loads of seats you just had to cross the walkway to the other hotel, negative again was the queues at the bar just not enough staff and they work so hard.

− Staff behind the pool bar were lovely but most of the day the queues were ridiculous had to wait at least 10 minutes or more, they did have iced water there but quite often that was empty and had to keep asking it to be refilled as it was really warm last week. I have an egg allergy which i carry more than one epipen for, its not airborne so its managed well. You would speak to one chef and they said I could eat the food then the next chef would say no you can't, go to guest services , reception etc which i did but they were all unsure who was responsible. On the 2nd night i eventually spoke to the manager of the hotel and the manager of the restaurant as i was really struggling to eat, she acted quickly and apologise profusely and sent champagne and egg free chocolates to the room which was so nice. I just had to order my food during the day and give them a rough time when i would be coming in so they did solve it although the chefs still didnt have any knowledge of allergies as on the last day one said yes you can eat pizza and the other chef said no you can't and i just thought I give up. cannot fault the waiters that work in the restaurant though they are amazing.
