7.0Location and super staff, nice large room
− Nothing for children to do, except for the pool. No play area, or an area for outdoor activities. The restaurant Cabin doesn't encourage family dinner, no kids menu unfortunately not helping to enjoy an 80th birthday and daughter's anniversary with grandson as a family. They booked out after 1st night
Would not stay here.
3.0Staff was excellent, Breakfast was very nice. Yoga instructor also very good.
− The resort is very run down. It is not worth the money you are asking. Within the room; the wallpaper is peeling, the grout in the shower was dirty. The phone is just a regular phone, no designated line for front desk. The A/C unit woke me up 3 times during the night with a horrible and very loud rattling noise. The staff discounted our room by $40/night and gave a bottle of red wine to compensate but I would not stay here again. Not worth the money. My family stayed at the Best Western and it was nicer, cleaner, and more up to date and much less per night. The spa also had no availability and a limited variety of services.
Overall ok but a little pricey for dated room.
7.0− Wasn’t impressed with first room. Dated and musty. They moved us no problems. Was not impressed with our dinner but breakfast options were good.
