Poorly managed and poorly maintained.
2.0Worst motel stay ever. Cheaply built and furnished prefab building we were in was poorly managed, poorly maintained. First room we were given had not been cleaned - trash, dirty dishes, dirty bedding. Second room had no heat on a night when it snowed. Off-site owner was no help - a friend of the owner and her husband tried to help, fixed the heater temporarily, and brought a space heater on the second day. Owner did not respond to text. AND it was expensive.

8.0Niko one around non arrival. Could sTV working within living quarters of the home, but no one answered the door bell. Finally, after having on the windows a very young child came to the door and told us to just go to the unlit and the key was inside. The rest was good.

6.0Nice quiet location and the room was comfortable, however when we had a neighbor next door it was obvious the walls were very non sound proof. Easy to hear the people next door talking and what they were saying.
