1.0The Jacuzzi tub that was in the room.
− When we checked in the first room they gave us was wrong and then they made us pay more money then booking.com had shown us. They should honor the price if that is what is expected. The only reason I booked this hotel was because of the tub and the price. If that's how they r gonna treat their guest and not honor the prices that's online then I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

5.0Good price, good location. The gentleman there at check in was nice.
− The breakfast very was poor, we had a party of 5 and there were only two cups of yogurt, not enough oatmeal, the cereal was pointless as what little milk they had was sour. I told the gentleman at the counter but he didn’t bring out any more. Of the three rooms, one did not have hot water.
