2.0The worst bedding experience of my life. Mattress and pillow were terribly uncomfortable. Limited amount of towels, no tissue. Wouldn’t return again to this location

10.0Room and staff were excellent. We moved our car from front to back of property on advice of staff because cars have apparently been vandalised at front of property recently. This made area feel a little unsafe. Staff were superb and helped us with Saturday parking arrangements etc Breakfast was very good but a little expensive although we have no comparison for this in the area - much better value for money than Premiere Classe breakfast which we had recently in same town.

8.0Very clean room. We had a 4th floor room overlooking the Cathedral. Great view but low attic ceiling. Small room. Great, modern bathroom. Quiet.

6.0Very disappointed with our stay…..the room was okay, but the staff was not overly friendly and very disappointed that there was no AC in the room and also NO ice available…..would not return to this location again…..Hotels.com please note on this site that AC is not available & also no ice
