DO NOT PATRONIZE A COMPANY THAT STEALS FROM ITS CUSTOMERS. This hotel stole $1500 from me. I booked a room form my son for a three week stay. After booking, I was informed that there would be a $100 deposit required at check-in. Because my son did not have the cash, he was told he could not check in. The hotel refused to refund my money, citing "policy". So their company policy is to take money and not provide a hotel room.

Stayed here for the first time recently and overall, wasn't too impressed! The biggest advantage of this hotel is having a huge shopping mall within a walking distance with a private entrance. Mall has everything including a grocery store and foot court. The main Hotel Zone is also within a reasonable driving distance. Hotel asked for $100 or equivalent in Pesos and in cash. Not sure if this is mentioned anywhere when booking. Checking into my room, I found multiple long hair on the bed sheet. AC was not working so had to call somebody to have it started. Room had microwave and fridge which is always great to have. Room also had a coffee maker but there was no coffee! Every hotel, even the cheap ones, when coffee maker is provided, always provide at least one sachet of caffeine and decaffeine coffee. I guess not this hotel. There is no point of providing coffee maker without any coffee and I think they should take it out from the rooms. It was cold during my stay here. I tried to run the heater but it was not running. I went to the front desk and was told they don't have any heater in the whole hotel as the cold weather is unusual for Cancun. While I can understand the odd weather, I didn't understand of not being prepared for such odds! Specially this is a huge hotel, not cheap, and it does charge decent amount. I had to ask for extra blanket and was still cold! Another set back when I ran the hot water and it was all cold. Had to complain for it to be fixed as well. Also, room walls were thin and you can hear your neighbor if they are loud. In-person customer service was good and had no issues with it. Overall, they need to at least provide heater in all rooms. I may or may not stay here next time.

Practical and Comfortable Apartment Stay in Central Cancún with Excellent Location and Internet

Room: 401 Excellent location next to Malecón Américas, with walking distance to shopping mall, supermarkets, and restaurants. Safe and well-maintained area, suitable for solo travelers and families or business travelers. Very good internet connection in the room I stayed in (hybrid setup: fiber + coax). Spacious apartment-style rooms with kitchen facilities, well suited for longer stays. Friendly and professional reception once they get to know you. Special thanks to Daniel for a warm and efficient welcome, always smiling and helpful when checkin and checkout. More of an apartment hotel than a traditional hotel; limited hotel-style facilities, but high level of independence. Housekeeping and service are functional and discreet. No beach within walking distance; this is a city property, not a resort. Several pool, but I didn't use it. The view from the appartment was stunning. Limited social atmosphere compared to hotels in the hotel zone. Overall assessment: A reliable and practical choice in downtown Cancún for longer stays, work trips, or travelers who do not need resort facilities. Best suited for guests who prioritize location, space, and stable internet over luxury amenities. Recommended for extended stays in Cancún Centro, especially for solo travelers seeking a safe location, good logistics, and functional apartment-style accommodation.

Staff was generally friendly helpful and supportive. however the cleaning crew would agree to an alt cleaning schedule and not show up. Room upon arrival looked like it had been cleaned but hadn’t been used in a while and no new cleaning prior to arrival but everything was in moderate condition. Biggest downside was the beds were hard as ROCKs and the pillows were flat and not very supportive.

The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, and in a great location. The only small downside is that the TVs are a bit old, but everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!
