A short stay that met my expectations for the rate charged.

The room was mostly clean, air conditioner worked well, small refrigerator was a nice bonus, wifi was effective, bed was clean and comfortable.

− First impressions are lasting impressions- the office area was in dire need of housekeeping and repair...too many notices on the windows facing arriving travellers that make a confusing and unwelcoming theme. This is an older motel that has seen better days and could use a good spruce-up to give the place more curb appeal. Potential guests may have decided to stay elsewhere when surveying the property by the approach to the office thinking that guest rooms may exhibit the same blight as seen from the courtyard.

There is nothing to like.

− Absolutely terrible experience at Kent motel The rooms, beds, and washrooms were extremely dirty—completely unacceptable. There were no proper phone charging plugs, and the landline phone didn’t even work. The towel provided was dirty, and the fridge was filthy as well. On top of that, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid this place.

The price is what drew me in.

− The room we were given was filthy. Floors were sticky and unswept, and the toilet and tub were gross. Zero standards. We were given another room after bringing it up, that one wasn't much better.

They need to keep it cleaned up better , it’s fairly new but they have to take better care
