8.0It is what you expect with that price. The place is always clean, good service, and good breakfast. The place is in front of Capuchinas Church, it was perfect bc we had an event there. Downside; No parking lot and small bathrooms, but I know it’s not allowed to new constructions in Antigua, so it is what it is. In general is a good option

2.0The staff had a lack of charisma, unwilling to help and wanted to charge us more than we needed to. This place only allows one key holder per room in order to enter through the gate and into your room. So My father had to spend a night outside in the gate because he didn’t have the key and there was no staff available at the door. He was expecting staff to be there at night. In addition, We had asked for a king bed. Instead we got two twin beds squished together. The place wasn’t very clean, the tile floor was dirty. Really disappointed, we expected more from a place with almost five stars.

4.0Unpleasant stay.The room was dirty;dirty pillows without pillowcase,spider web in the coffee maker,had to ask for towells,mosquitoes in the room.I wouldnt stay here again.
