The apartment by itself is quiet modern and nice and we have no complaint about it except that it's a long walk from the entrance to the property and a couple of flights o steps to negotiate. The location is quite far from most conveniences but we were okay as we have a car. We thought that there was free parking available as stated in the information of the property but there was only external public parking available. There were private parking but not with this apartment. Public parking was quite difficult to find and eventually I had to park at a nearby sport complex (no sure of the security). The rate for this property was not clearly stated in the listing on hotel.com. What started as a EUR 135 per night unit ended up with an additional EUR 200 for 2 nights, which we thought were cleaning charges. But when we checked in, we were charged another EUR 60 for cleaning. Added to that we had to pay a late check-in fee of EUR 40 for checking after 7pm (which was due to difficulty in finding the place and traffic congestion. I feel that all charges should be indicated clearly in the cost before we made the confirmation, not after we have done so and hence committed.

I really cannot complain everything was to Perfection so clean so nice . Also the decoration. The only downside is in my opinion was the air conditioning I chose this place for ac. It was broken they brought us a portable one which worked fine. But this was in the middle of August.

Nice appartment , but living next to residents so lots of noise from dogs , kids , garage doors , gates etc . Be warned the studio just has a sofa bed which cannot be made back to a sofa so I spent the week with no sofa , parking can be limited as opposite a sports complex , there is also a local bar which can be noisy , dogs go free which is a bonus . You cannot use more than two appliances at once as it trips the electric , keys are very random I spent the whole week not having a key to the gated complex , luckily my friend did

Nice apartment with private garage and out-door parking lot, which is in a quiet location. Interior was clean and facilites are sufficient and in good conditions. Service staff was nice, polite and very helpful. We will definitely choose this suite for pur the next stay.

Close to Milan but even we paid €110.00 we had to clean because the gentlemen said that the cleaning service was to receive clean the apartment ....
