10.0Cama amplia, baño limpio y buenas vistas. Ubicación inmejorable en el centro de Madrid. Los recepcionistas muy amables y las horas de check-in y check-out muy buenas también. Las paredes, aunque finas, aislan bastante bien y no hubo problemas de ruidos o frio.

3.0The only thing I liked was the room. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean and comfortable as well.
− Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this accommodation. From the moment I arrived, I felt that the reception staff lacked professionalism and courtesy towards guests. I did not feel properly welcomed or well received. I also had a negative experience when purchasing a towel. I paid for it first, only to be informed afterwards that it was unavailable. This was frustrating and poorly handled. Regarding breakfast, I was disappointed that guests were not allowed to serve themselves. Instead, staff members prepared the food and made the bread for each guest. I found this system inconvenient and not very pleasant. Furthermore, the common areas, including the corridors and reception, were not properly cleaned or maintained. The floors were particularly dirty, which gave a poor impression of the overall hygiene standards. The only positive aspect of my stay was the room itself, as the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Overall, the service, organisation and cleanliness fell below my expectations. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
