10.0Much more than what expected. Very nice room(10/10), but no towels, luckily I had one. Hard to get to properly, no signs or directions arrows. GPS took me to a different place. Finally found place. But it was worth the trouble of getting there, Very nice place

2.0They didn't have a towel or soap available for my stay. Then they got the towel. I had to go to my engagement without bathing waiting for a towel and slump. Soap was never available.
