PRE-BOOKED and PREPAID room months in advance... Showed up and was told the room was not available
1.0I like that they had a 24-hour desk for checkin
− I DID NOT like that I drove 5 hours to be told the room I booked and paid for 3 months earlier was NOT available. They tried to give me the "last room" that had only 1 bed, but we had 4 people and specifically reserved and paid for the room with 2 beds. I would NEVER depend on a room at this facility ever again... nor would i ever set foot on the property here at this location ever again.
