I absolutely loved my stay at The Royal Purnama. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and feels very private, which was exactly what I needed. My villa was stunning, the gardens were immaculate and the beachfront setting made the whole place feel really special. I had breakfast and room service during my stay and both were excellent. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the entire resort felt calm without ever being crowded. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would happily come back again.

Stunning & peaceful

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here during our honeymoon. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious with the most stunning bathroom - we loved the shower! Every aspect of the hotel is beautifully designed and enjoyable to look at, from the colourful Indonesian doors to the jungle shaded walkways and the standing stones around the pool. The service is excellent and very friendly! Complimentary rooftop yoga overlooking the waves is a wonderful way to start the day- however the mats really need replacing as they are quite dirty and disintegrating! The drinks are delicious, with the best mocktails I’ve ever had (I still dream about the fresh strawberry & basil slush!) and the food is also wonderful, creative, colourful and tasty - try the watermelon tartare!! Breakfast could be improved by providing a vegetarian/vegan menu - this already exists for the evening menu! The ambience is very chilled out and never felt particularly busy. We loved our stay.

Great hotel - but not Adult only as advertised .

Recently stayed here with my partner . Hotel was lovely and clean with great onsite facilities. Staff welcoming and accommodating. My only criticism is that this is advertised as an adult only hotel .( one of the main reasons for our booking) However during our stay we see multiple families come through sometimes with children younger than five . This sometimes ruined the relaxing experience by the pool as kids were shouting and screaming . I believe the hotel should change their advertising to family friendly as advertising as adult only is false .

Belated honeymoon

Our stay at The Royal Purnama was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly friendly, kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon feel extra special, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is the perfect place for anyone looking for romance and tranquillity. The peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to relax and unwind, away from the crowds, while still being within around 45 minutes of Ubud. The extra drive is absolutely worth it for the privacy, stunning surroundings and overall experience. We left with wonderful memories and cannot thank the team enough for making our honeymoon so special. I would highly recommend The Royal Purnama to any couple looking for a luxurious, romantic and peaceful escape in Bali.

Experiencia espectacular, con sensación de lujo a medida. El personal recuerda tu nombre, número de habitación y sabe si tienes alguna preferencia especial (alergias o intolerancias alimenticias). Las villas y el entorno es totalmente privado y el tamaño de las mismas y de la piscina interior es increíble. Decoración con mucho gusto y cuidan al detalle cada estancia del lugar. Muy buen desayuno y con acceso al restaurante y al beach club.
