10.0The room was clean, modern and had everything you need. The staff are on hand 24/7 to help you. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The travel desk team arranged all of my safaris and transfers from the airport stress-free.

− There was nothing i didn't like. Every need was catered to, including coordinating with the safari driver to recover my mother's earring which she dropped in the jeep
