9.0Was great little place to stay, staff were great dinners at the pub were good. And good value
− Spa was dirty though. Like quite dirty, the other of the spa was good but once you turn it on yuck
LOVE IT!!!!!!!
10.0The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us, the meals were superb we love staying here and recommend you to all our friends and family
− We had a little leak in our bathroom but didn't tell the staff because we liked our room and didn't want to move we absolutely have no complaints about the Highlander.
The food was really good in the dining room. Good price and hotel really good.Happy overall
8.0Really happy to have a continental breakfast included. Would've been good to have a toaster and/or microwave in the room but totally understand the risk of fire alarm going off
− We were in a front room and the North East Road was very noisy but didnt keep us awake.
