Fly inside the food at the buffet area, they are still serving to people!

− allots of fly inside the food at the buffet area, and the staff continued serving it even after I informed them. There were also no covers for the fruit or other exposed food items. I was disappointed that the staff did not take responsibility for keeping the food clean and safe. Instead of addressing the issue, they appeared to continue talking among themselves. At a five-star hotel, I would expect the contaminated food to be removed and replaced immediately, and all exposed items to be properly covered. I spoke to Head Chef and the manager also and they just blamed that the hotel is next to mountain so their will be fly coming etc. when a simple answer is to put all the food in a container that has a cover.

10.0We had an excellent candlelight dinner at Lotus Cafe. The ambience was elegant and romantic, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with exceptional taste and quality. A special thanks to Venkatesh for providing outstanding service throughout the evening. He was warm, courteous, professional, and always attentive to our needs. From the moment we arrived until the end of our dinner, he ensured everything was perfect. His friendly attitude, prompt service, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine care for guests made our experience truly memorable. We would also like to thank Aparna for her warm welcome and excellent support. She took great care of us and made our candlelight dinner even more special with her kindness and hospitality. Exceptional hospitality like this makes guests want to return. Thank you, Venkatesh, Aparna, and the entire Lotus Cafe team for making our evening so enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food, outstanding service, and a memorable candlelight dining experience.
Beautiful and Calm Stay
10.0Had a wonderful stay at Mansarovar Premiere. The hotel truly lives up to its 5 star rating. The ambiance is captivating from the moment you walk in, and everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful and functional bathrooms that added a nice touch of luxury. Room service was consistently prompt and friendly, making the whole experience feel well taken care of. The hotel’s facilities are excellent too, adding to the overall premium feel. A special mention to the manager, Mr. Manu, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness made our stay even more special. Food at the in-house restaurant was nice. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and memorable stay in Tirupati. Highly recommend…

10.0I had a marvelous stay at Sarovar Tirupathi. The overall experience was excellent, and the stay was very comfortable. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel's location on the highway is very convenient, making it easily accessible for travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
