− Upon arrival, we were initially assigned Room 17, where the internet was not working at all. After reporting this issue, we were moved to Room 14, where the internet functioned properly. However, this room had its own problems. The shower was leaking continuously throughout the night. I will attach a photo as evidence, which clearly shows that this has been an ongoing issue, as indicated by the discoloration on the wall. Additionally, I suffered from bed bites during our stay, and I will also include photographic evidence of this. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The breakfast provided was extremely poor, with very limited options available. Another guest also raised a complaint regarding this. Furthermore, the swimming pool appeared to be inadequately maintained. It did not seem to have a proper filtration system, and there was visible sand at the bottom. Due to these multiple issues, we were left with no choice but to leave the hotel early and move to another accommodation. In our opinion, this property does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel, and the images shown on the website are misleading and not representative of the actual conditions.
