4.0Unfriendly hotel staff, but restaurant staff were fine. Sofa was dirty with questionable stains. Door handles were loose. Toilet seat vibrated as if there was an earthquake, potentially due to vibrations from some hotel equipment below. No water or coffee in the room. Very uncomfortable and hard bed. Certainly not what one would expect of a 4-star hotel.

10.0One night stop for us…Wide options for the buffet breakfast and tasty food. Very comfortable bed and everything high standards. Spa facilities were “cherry on top” for the stay! Would really love to come again!
