Super gemütliche Unterkunft nah am Algonquin Park

Die Lage ist super, nah zu Huntsville und Algonquin National Park, viel Platz in der Unterkunft und auf dem Gelände. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Grillmöglichkeiten (das Geschirr müsste man allerdings selbst besorgen). Gute Internetverbindung. Im Großen und Ganzen super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

− Auf dem Gelände gab es leider viel zu viel Gänse-Kot, sodass man schlecht auf dem Rasen laufen konnte

Rummelig og hyggelig hytte ved en dejlig sø.

− - Der er en del trafikstøj fra landevejen som er lige bagved. - der er yderst begrænsede køkkenfaciliteter. Fx er der ingen tallerkner eller mulighed for at vaske op. Der er ikke en brødrister eller kogeblus. Vi var ikke blevet lovet dette, men det var vores forventning når man lejer en hytte med tekøkken. - udsigten til søen er begrænset af mange træer lige foran huset - huset er med syv sovepladser, men der er kun 3 stole til spisebordet

Title: A beautiful property that deserves better customer service standards

− This was my third visit to this beautiful property. While I love the location and the overall environment, I feel compelled to share some feedback regarding the front desk service, which I hope will be taken constructively. I had previously noted some service inconsistencies during my second stay, but unfortunately, I did not experience much improvement this time. There were two specific instances during this visit where a more professional and welcoming approach would have made a significant difference: First, prior to my arrival, I sent an inquiry through Booking.com regarding extra blankets and canoe operating hours. Regrettably, I did not receive a response, which made planning our stay a bit difficult. Second, when we arrived around noon on Saturday, June 27th, I approached the front desk to ask about our cottage location so we could park correctly. The older female staff member with glasses working at the desk simply told me to go outside and ask the people there. Given that the other individuals outside were also guests, they naturally could not guide me to my assigned cottage. This property has so much potential, and the rest of the experience is quite pleasant. I sincerely hope management will invest in professional customer service training for the front desk staff, ensuring that their hospitality fully matches the high quality of this beautiful estate.
