4.0On n’a pas utilisé les draps qui étaient sales avec pleins de tâches et de poils. Les toilettes publics sont plus propres que celle de la chambres. Heureusement que nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit.

4.0I am extremely disappointed by the incorrect and inconsistent descriptions on Expedia. I have been using Expedia to book hotels and travel packages for nearly twenty years. It used to be very reliable, and I never questioned the accuracy of the posted information. However, the next morning, it stated that breakfast was included. To my surprise, upon check-in, I was informed that they had stopped offering breakfast a while ago. What's even more peculiar is that when I checked the website again, breakfast was no longer listed as an amenity. Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot while making the reservation. Additionally, their road sign still indicated that breakfast was included. To make matters worse, they charged me an extra $80 as a guest fee. I also noticed that many other descriptions were inaccurate. Items such as a hairdryer and an ironing board were still listed but were not actually available in the room. After a long day of sightseeing, we returned to the hotel expecting our room to be cleaned, but it was not. All the towels were still on the floor. When I inquired with the staff, they told me I needed to call them every day to request room cleaning. Even when I called every morning, my room was only cleaned once during my stay. In the evenings, upon our return, the room was still not cleaned. I am profoundly disappointed with both the inn and Expedia. I trusted Expedia's information, but it appears they do not verify the details on their website!!!

10.0The rooms definitely show some wear, but there's a little kitchenette in the room and the beds are pretty good. The staff was great. It was a very solid motel to stay at. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Owen Sound.
