10.0shower head was broken and i have to go to store and buy new one myself. They can't contact to the owner

4.0i need not like that if we need clean towels we would have to call the owner and one of sheets was stain i told the front staff and they told me that i had to call the owner so i just put it in the closet and also the elevators would take a long time it has 30 floors for only 2 elevators they need to put more elevators

10.0Everyone complains about the elevator it isn’t bad sometimes it takes a few minutes but if you’re that concerned use the stairs quit being lazy. Other than that it’s amazing Walmart across the street. Good restaurant down the road as well

2.0The elevators take about 30 min on each fl and some days don't even work. The place is not clean at all and no one is available to answer any questions or concerns. Not recommended.

4.0I had horrible experience with this resort ,especially with elevators.We had to wait for 20 to -40 minutes in line to go up on 21 st floor.there is 28 floor in each building, but pool has capacity of 20 chairs so I couldn’t find empty space to sit.staid there for 5 days and nobody changed towels .Valet parking was very organized .Resprt is certified .Overpriced
