7.0Чистый, уютный, не большой (по сравнению с соседними) отель, за счет этого более спокойный. Хорошее, но не отличное питание.
− В номере плохо работал кондиционер, было не комфортно ночью. Для отеля такого уровня не приемлемо. Очень долго разговаривали с девушкой на ресепшене про парки аттракционов, много вопросов задавали, когда шоу начинаются и т.д., но она не упомянула, что Феррари парк работает с 17 часов. Мы этого не знали и оставили посещение его на второй день (он территориально находится дальше от отеля, нужно пройти через весь Portventura) и, соответственно, не попали... Я понимаю, что это наши проблемы, а не прямая обязанность персонала отеля. НО в проживание в отеле входит посещение двух парков, а мы останавливаемся на одну ночь, это элементарная забота о гостях - сказать о таком важном моменте!
Рекомендую этот сказочный отель!
10.0Отличный отель! Мы очень довольны. Красивый снаружи о красивый внутри. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Вкусный свежий завтрак, который входил у нас в проживание. Обед и ужин мы покупали 2 раза дополнительно, тоже очень вкусно. Еда свежая.
