Places de parking devant les chambres. Chambre très spacieuse avec un lit géant (super appréciable), il y avait une table avec 2 chaises, une cheminée, une clim, une petite kitchenette, et une douche avec un jacuzzi (super! Mais long à se remplir). Nous avons pu séjourner avec notre petit chien (supplément tarifaire), merci ! Hôtel bien placé dans Hope, à 10min à pieds de downtown.

− Nous avions 3 plaques de cuisson différentes, on ne savait pas laquelle fonctionnait et lesquelles non. Le frigo était un peu petit. Il y avait quelques poils au sol de la salle de bain à notre arrivée et quelques toiles d'araignées aux fenêtres, mais le reste était propre. Nous avions oublié un jouet en plastique de notre chien, quand on est revenu le chercher à 14h le jour du départ, le personnel du ménage l'avait jeté à la poubelle au lieu de le signaler à la direction...

Give it a pass unless you are desperate.

Conveniently located. Quiet. Had a convenient area nearby to take oyr dogs.

− The TV constantly shut down, so no TV. Old equipment so no way to set up our own HDMI to watch from our own devices. Said there was internet but it was so slow it was basically non existent which required us to out to find internet in order to get work done. One tiny garbage can in the room. Chairs were stained. Old and cramped kitchen area that had an old dirty fridge in it, although a modern one was provided. The whole room seemed tired and in need of updating. It did just not have a feeling of overall clean. It was the same price as Inn at the Mountain, which had much more value for the price. Very disappointing. Friendly staff though.

Comfortable beds

− We had a late check-in and didn't have any towels in our rooms. We stayed in their suite as we had 4 adults and a young child. The 6 bedrooms were fine but the 3 bathrooms were misleading as not 1 had a tub for our child. 1 bathroom was only a sink and toilet, 1 was a shower and sink but no toilet and the third was a shower sink and toilet. One of the showers wouldn't drain at all. When we went to make coffee, there was no sugar and only a couple coffee mate packets and the coffee pot had an extremely moldy filter full of old coffee grounds in it. The staff member working got us towels, coffee supplies and a new coffee pot at my insistence.
