10.0最上階の温泉がとても良かった。露天風呂もあった。シャンプーやボディーSOAP、洗顔料、スキンケアも置いており手ぶらでお風呂に入れました。朝食も種類が多くとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で感じが良かったです。お部屋も3人で泊まっても十分な広さでした。無料のペットボトルのお水と美味しいお菓子も置いてあり嬉しかったです。

8.0以前に泊まった時は和風で静かなホテルでした。阪神の震災のあとは、和風のよさをいかしつつホテルに変身しました。

10.0お風呂のロケーション、夜もよし、朝もすがすがしかった。ほぼ貸し切りみたいな感じで贅沢でした。マッサージ機もよくゆっくり使用出来ました～。朝ご飯もスタッフの方々が丁寧で少しはハプニングがあった時も音を聞いただけで数人駆けつけて下さり助かりました。手作り湯豆腐など美味でした。
− 客室のロケーションがもう少し素敵だったらなぁという感じです。こちら側も素敵ではあるのですが。

9.0Todella siisti japanilaistyylinen huone. Aamiainen oli perinteinen Japanilainen aamiainen, eikä buffet-tyyppinen, kuten monessa muussa hotellissa, mutta ruoka oli hyvää. Onsen oli hyvä ja ostimme vuoron yksityis-onseniin. Huone oli hieno ja näkymä joelle upea.
− Aamiaisella olisi toivonut englannin kielisen selityksen ja allergeeni-listauksen menusta. Muutenkin henkilökunta ei osannut englantia, mutta elektronisen käännöskoneen kanssa kommunikaatio sujui.
