8.0Gute Lage, ausreichend große Zimmer, Zimmerausstattung, Sauberkeit, Zugang zu Therme, Zimmerservice usw.
− Ein wenig umständlich war das Benutzung des Fahrradabstellraumes - Schlüssel erst ab 7.30 Uhr - für Morgensport zu spät, sowie der Umweg um das Haus. Aber es war die EINZIGE "negative" Erfahrung

8.0Personal war sehr sehr lieb. Die Thermenanlage und Angebot waren gut. Für die Kinder gab es alles mögliche. Egal welche Angelegenheit wir hat, es wurde immer schbell und komplikationslos eine Lösung gefunden. Ein dicker Lob fürs Personal und vor allem an die liebe Dame an der Rezeption.
− Das Restaurant war am Abend geschloßen, weil es angeblich zu wenig Gäste da waren. Wir hätten es gerne im Voraus gewusst, da wir nicht extra ins Auto einsteigen wollten um am Abend etwas zum Essen zu bekommen. Die ganz liebe Dame am Empfang hat uns aber mehrere sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Danke dafür
